Our alternate documentation loans will consider any of the following documentation. Twelve months business or personal bank statements, asset based loans,1099 receipts and 12 months Profit and Loss statements. We will use one or more income streams to qualify you for the maximum loan. Asset based loans consider your total liquid assets such as bank,stock and retirement accounts. Profit and Loss statements, based on the last 12 months, prepared by a Tax preparer or CPA are used to qualify you for the loan. Your most recent 1099, for the previous year, is used to qualify you for the loan. Bank Statement and DSCR loan information is available in separate educational videos.
US Citizens, Permanent residents, Non-Permanent Residents and Foreign Nationals are eligible. Borrowers with ITIN only, and EAD card holders, with no visa, are also eligible.
