Like many businesses, the mortgage industry is beginning to experience a significant shift as seasoned loan officers begin to retire, while younger generations become first-time homebuyers. APM is being intentional and proactive by hiring, training, and launching the careers of the next generation of mortgage professionals to start managing that shift. We’re addressing this as a company through our LaunchPad program, which accelerates the careers of next-generation mortgage sales professionals by:
Identifying and recruiting top prospects, experienced sales professionals, current “non-producing” mortgage personnel, and recent college graduates with aptitude for financial and marketing skills.
