Benefits

The Black Wealth Builders Fund is a Donor Fund established at RCF Connects by Arlington Community Church (UCC), to support homeownership opportunities for Black/African American first-time home buyers.
The fund will provide a no-interest loan of up to $20,000.00 for closing costs, down payment assistance, or other financial needs to ensure the close of escrow on a buyer’s first home.
Borrower shall have the right to prepay, at any time and from time to time, all or a portion of the amounts owing under this Note without any premium or penalty.

Approved Education Providers

Borrower must attended a First Time Homebuyer Education Class offered by RCF Connects’ community partner. Borrower must attend any follow-up First Time Homebuyer Education Classes offered by RCF Connects’ community partner.
