- The same loan product can also be used for buying fixers for primary residence. Maximum of 97% loan amount. So just 3% Down !!You have a lower mortgage payment since you purchased low and you build immediate equity.
- You can also use the same product for clients who own their homes and are looking to sell their properties. We will fund the cost of improvements or adding space so they can sell higher and net more equity from the deal.
